Autara provides an online marketplace that connects customers with vehicle wrapping and detailing service providers ("Merchants"). We facilitate the booking, communication, and payment process between customers and merchants.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Service fees and pricing are set by individual merchants. Autara charges a commission fee on completed bookings.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
